*Individual Psychotherapy*
I believe that each of us has the capacity to become knowledgeable about what feels workable in day-to-day living and to uncover what personal values we would like to strive for in our life. I am drawn to working with folks who want to discover more about themselves (both strengths and areas of growth), their identity, their relationships, their role in the world, and how to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life. I value the opportunity to think together with clients about how therapy could be most helpful for them. I am well-suited to work with people who are looking for meaningful and measurable change in their life.
Whether through insight oriented therapy, active practice with coping skills, mindfulness based techniques, changing behaviors, or grief work, I endeavor to provide therapeutic interventions that match your current needs. I offer individual therapy with adults (18+) that is integrative in nature, with a foundation of a productive, therapeutic relationship.
If you are feeling that there are areas of life you would like to reflect on, actively change, or plan for, please give me a call or schedule an appointment for a free 20 minute consultation to see if I would be a good match for your current needs. I look forward to the opportunity to think and work with you.
*Clinical Supervision and Case Consultation*
I offer thoughtful support for therapists, facilitators, and health care providers.
As a practitioner, you hold a lot: complex cases, emotional labor, and ethical nuance. What you need most is a space to step back, reflect, and be met in your own process. Whether you are navigating a challenging case, working at your edge, or seeking support integrating new modalities, I bring experience and informed intention to help you along the way.
With this in mind, I offer clinical supervision and case consultation for therapists, psychedelic assisted therapy facilitators, and healthcare professionals seeking grounded, integrative support. A space for clear thinking, honest reflection, and collaborative insight.
